WHY MOTHERS ARE CLUCKY WHEN THEIR BABIES TURN TWO.
This post is all about my two year old, Noah.
And those big brown eyes...
Those baby curls...
Those rosy red cheeks...
Those long lashes...
That squishy nose...
Those chubby toes...
The funny conversations...
Or just this....
It melts my heart.
(And makes me a little clucky to do it all over again.) But calm down, Mum. It's not going to happen.
Just sayin'.
How about you? Do you get clucky when you observe the loveliness of your youngest one?

Absolutely!
ReplyDeleteBut, again, it's not going to happen!

At the moment, um NO. I couldn't think of a more careless thing for me to do right now than get knocked up. That said, if I get a good nights sleep sometime soon crazier things have happened. He is ADORABLE!
ReplyDeleteabsolutely! What a lovely little munchkin. The photo of him asleep in the the boat is classic!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, he is adorable and just like his mum!
ReplyDeleteI suppose I've not had that "clucky" feeling because first time, when my baby turned 2, I had a 6 month old already, and then when my second child turned 2 last month, I had a 4 week old! So perhaps I'm just being proactive about the cluckiness ... hehe. xoxo
I love the name Noah... and those eyes! And eyelashes!!! Beautiful Kymmie :-)
ReplyDeleteAwww, love your boys Kymmie, they are so beautiful. The pics are gorgeous and I get what you mean about that two year old cluckiness stage, they're just so darn cute xo
ReplyDeleteMy clucky metre doesn't seem to have an off switch and it's pulsing like crazy at the moment!
ReplyDeleteNoah sure is adorable :)

my bubaroo is 3 in July.. does the cluckiness ever end? Im desperate for another baby, why do they have to grow up??!
ReplyDeleteJust LOOK at those LASHES. What is it about long lashes on little boys? My little Owie is four now - hard to believe. He's a little love with a whole lot of spunk and a itty bit of the devil in him. He's gonna break some hearts, I tell ya!
ReplyDeleteNo anymore. But yes, that toddler and preschool zone kept me in baby mode for ages. Now that my kids are 12 and 8 and they pretty much care for themselves, there is no way I'd be doing it again. Oh sure, I love a good baby cuddle (like the ones I got last Friday night) but I also like to hand them back.
ReplyDeleteI only ever had the one, but I get clucky for all the phases she went through.
ReplyDeleteSome of them seemed like hard work at the time, but now I'd love to go back and see her at two, four, six, eight again..... *sigh*
