This week has been so great. We are settling in nicely to our beach cottage and love being on the south-west coast of Victoria in the gorgeous town of Port Fairy.
Our cottage is just 50 metres from the shops, cafes and boutiques, a block from the Moyne River, and just a relaxed walk to the surf beach. We never tire of walking around our favourite seaside town. Especially the beach.
We've also been madly making calls, finding our local kitchen and carpet places, making ourselves acquainted with our hardware store (also conveniently just a walk away) and planning. Lots of measuring and talking. You know?
It's a work in progress, and I promise we will share it with you as we go.

Hi Sarah Jane, thanks for popping past. Port Fairy was settled by the Irish and was originally called Belfast. But I like Port Fairy better!
