FANCY PANTS [MUSTARD SALLY]

Mustard and grey. They're just beautiful together. An unusual friendship, but it works. See these jeans? Just $4 from my local op-shop. The tags were still on them. They fit like a glove, and I'm a little proud that I was able to get them for such a great price. Makes the full price skinnies in the shop seem waaaaay overpriced.

With late nights and long, hard days this week... I think we all deserve a break today. And possibly some sunglasses. Plus, I'm so happy to be out of blundstones.

The weather is lovely so far. The perfect autumn day - a cool morning, warm sunshine, a bit of wind and cloud. Can't complain really.

How are you enjoying this beautiful day on this gorgeous long weekend?

    1. Oh Julie, you're too sweet! I sometimes wish that I was more daring. Sometimes I think we get sick of our own style far more quickly than others do. This weekend has been glorious so far! How are you and yours? Xxx

  5. Hi ! I came across your blog by accident, but now I know there was a reason for that: never did I desire yellow pants until seeing your photos here -- and now I am convinced I shall get a pair for the spring/summer. Thanks for a fabulous idea, I just hope they will look as good one me as they do on you :)

    1. Hi Zella, thanks for stopping by! So glad you did! Yes, mustard wasn't my first choice, but it's amazing what goes with them if you start thinking of them like you do your blue denim. My son also has a pair of mustard skinnies, and he wears them better than I do ;) Hope you visit again soon. xx

    1. Thanks Mandy. To be honest, I wouldn't have thought to buy mustard skinnies, but there they were, and I thought I should give them a go. They were just so lonely looking ;) Turns out, they're worn a lot now! x
